Oath of Sunlight

The Oath of Sunlight is sworn by Holy Crusaders who serve as radiant beacons of hope and justice. These warriors channel the power of the sun to purge darkness, uplift the oppressed, and inspire those around them with divine radiance.

Tenets of Sunlight

Brilliance Overcomes Shadow: The light must shine against the darkness, no matter how deep.

Lead with Radiance: Be an example of justice, compassion, and unwavering faith.

The Sun’s Wrath: Deliver swift retribution to those who thrive in deceit and malice.

Oath Spells

Channel Divinity

Solar Flare: As an action, you unleash a blinding burst of radiant energy. All enemies within 30 feet must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute.

Searing Judgment: You can use your Channel Divinity to wreathe your weapon in sunlight. On a successful hit, the target takes extra radiant damage equal to twice your Holy Crusader level.

Spell-Like Abilities

Solar Blessing: At 7th level, you gain resistance to radiant and fire damage. Allies within 10 feet of you also gain this benefit.

Radiant Rebirth: Once per long rest, if you drop to 0 hit points, you can instead be restored to half your maximum HP in a burst of divine light, pushing all enemies within 10 feet back 5 feet.
