Oath of Damnation

The Oath of Damnation is sworn by those who have fallen completely into darkness. These Holy Crusaders are agents of corruption, spreading despair and ruin wherever they walk. Their powers stem from twisted pacts and dark forces, granting them the ability to sow discord and suffering.

Tenets of Damnation

Corrupt the Righteous: No light is beyond extinguishing. Spread despair and darkness wherever you go.

Strength Through Suffering: Inflict pain to empower yourself.

Break the Bonds: Law and order are chains. Tear them apart and revel in chaos.

Channel Divinity

Corrupting Touch: As an action, touch a creature within reach. The target must succeed on a PE saving throw or become cursed for 1 minute. While cursed, they take an additional 1d8 necrotic damage from all sources.

Dark Whispers: As an action, you can fill the minds of creatures within 30 feet with maddening whispers. Each creature must make a ME saving throw or suffer 1d10 psychic damage and become frightened for 1 minute.

Spell-Like Abilities

Aura of Despair: Starting at 7th level, creatures within 10 feet have disadvantage on saving throws against fear and charm. At 14th level, the range increases to 30 feet.

Embrace the Abyss: At 10th level, you have resistance to necrotic and psychic damage.

Lord of the Damned: At 15th level, you can summon a shadowy hound once per day to fight at your side for 10 minutes. The hound has the stats of a Dire Wolf, deals necrotic damage, and acts on your initiative.
